We warmly invite eighth-grade students and their families to explore what Ulpenat Tzvia has to offer. Our admissions process is designed to be clear, respectful, and welcoming.
PROCESS MILESTONES

An initial meeting between the family and the admissions team to learn about the school, its values, and the student's background.
All applications are processed through the Ministry of Education's Chemed registration system. Families choose Ulpenat Tzvia Kochav Yaakov and upload the required documents according to the instructions.
RISHUM.APP/HEMEDInvited students spend a day at the ulpenat — attending classes, meeting staff and students, and participating in a short structured assessment.
Acceptance notifications are sent through the Chemed system and the contact details entered during registration.
Accepted families confirm their place according to the instructions sent to them. The admissions team remains available for questions throughout the process.
